This AlchemyAPI, Inc. Privacy Policy (this Agreement) is a legal agreement between you and AlchemyAPI, Inc. (AlchemyAPI, ALCHEMYAPI, we, us or our) providing, among other things, the terms and conditions for your use of AlchemyAPI's software products and services (collectively, the AlchemyAPI Services), including our Web site (the Site). You will be deemed to have accepted the Agreement as amended if you continue to use any of the AlchemyAPI Services after any amendments are posted on the Site.

  1. Information Collection and Use

    AlchemyAPI is the sole owner of the information collected using AlchemyAPI Services. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

  2. Registration

    In order to use certain portions of the AlchemyAPI Services, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address and company name). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Users are not required to complete any registration form to use our site, however, access to certain areas on our site and downloads may be restricted to registered visitors.

  3. Cookies

    AlchemyAPI utilizes HTTP Cookies to facilitate certain aspects of AlchemyAPI Services operation, including authenticating, tracking, and maintaining specific information about users, such as user preferences. You are free to disable usage of HTTP Cookies within your web browser, but this may impede the proper operation of specific AlchemyAPI Services features.

  4. Log Files

    AlchemyAPI gathers information on IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

    This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that AlchemyAPI is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.

  6. Legally Affiliated Entities

    In the event that AlchemyAPI is merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, AlchemyAPI Services or operations, AlchemyAPI may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction. In the event of such a transfer, AlchemyAPI will notify you via email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site for 30 days of any such change in ownership of AlchemyAPI resulting in a change of control of your personal information.
