AlchemyAPI is capable of identifying people, companies, organizations, cities, geographic features, and other typed entities within your HTML, text, or web-based content. AlchemyAPI is capable of identifying HUNDREDS of entity types, listed below:

Anatomy The science dealing with the structure of an animal or plant and its parts.

Examples:

Automobile A wheeled motor vehicle containing an engine that is used for transporting passengers.

Anniversary A day that commemorates and/or celebrates a past event that occurred on the same day of the year as the initial event.
